Impartiality Commitment

The management bodies and all employees of RENWORLD are aware of the importance of impartiality. It is the primary responsibility of RENWORLD's top management, including all employees, to conduct activities in compliance with the impartiality requirements of the ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard and legal regulations.

RENWORLD conducts its activities free from any commercial, financial, political, administrative, or other influences that could compromise its independence, impartiality, and objectivity.

RENWORLD analyzes all risks of conflicts of interest that could affect the impartiality of its management bodies, personnel, auditors, and technical experts, and takes all necessary measures to mitigate these risks.

RENWORLD has adopted the principle of conducting its activities without discrimination, ensuring effective participation of relevant parties in maintaining impartiality.

We commit not to act against defined duties and responsibilities, to protect the properties and rights of our customers, and to provide our services free from any internal or external pressure or influence. We assure that during our duties, we will not engage in any activity that could diminish trust in our competence, impartiality, independence, decision-making, or integrity related to our work.

We pledge to safeguard and keep confidential all personal data related to identifiable individuals working within organizations subject to inspection and supervision activities. This includes refraining from transferring such Personal Data to any domestic or international third parties, including due to the use of third-party services, and acknowledge that we bear full responsibility in the event of any such transfer.

We will carry out our duties in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and independence, maintaining integrity and adhering to the rule of law.

We will conduct supervision and inspection activities in line with the principles of competence, impartiality, independence, and accuracy, ensuring they meet the needs of clients, legal authorities, or organizations.

Our Organization is not part of any legal entity that designs, manufactures, supplies, installs, purchases, owns, uses, or maintains the items it inspects.

In the event of identifying any factors affecting our impartiality during inspection activities, we commit to re-conducting the inspection activities.

We guarantee that any reports, financial, legal, or commercial information disclosed to us by our customers under an employment contract, as well as all written and/or verbal commercial, financial, technical information, trade secrets, or other data—whether subject to legal protection or not—that we learn during the contract will be considered "confidential information." We will not use any part of such confidential information or data for any purpose other than those deemed necessary by the customer for the specified activities, without obtaining prior written consent from the customer.
